Because every garment from The House of Scion is custom-made to your individual measurements, design selection, and fabric choice, we do not accept returns for refund. Each piece exists because you chose it — it cannot be restocked or resold.
In exchange for this policy, we commit to the highest standard of craftsmanship. If your garment does not meet that standard, we will make it right. Your satisfaction is not optional — it is the foundation of everything we do.
If your garment does not fit as expected due to a discrepancy between your submitted measurements and the finished piece, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for alterations at no additional cost, provided the measurements submitted at the time of order were accurate.
The accuracy of submitted measurements is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend following our Measurement Guide carefully before placing your order. Alterations required due to inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer may incur a fee.
Exchanges for a different fabric or design are evaluated case by case. Please contact us at communicate@kdscion.com within 7 days of delivery to discuss your situation. We will always seek a fair resolution.

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect — a flaw in stitching, fabric, or construction that is attributable to our craft — we will provide a full replacement at no cost. No questions asked.
Contact us at communicate@kdscion.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photographs of the defect. We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution.
